Transactions Associate Attorney
Location : Dallas, TX
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its nationally integrated Transactions Practice Group in Dallas . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions (M&A), securities matters, and corporate governance for middle-market and upper-middle-market companies, as well as private equity firms.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in good standing. Timely admission to the Texas Bar will be a condition of employment.
- 3–5 years of substantive experience representing clients in M&A , corporate governance , financings , securities , and other commercial transactions .
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively on teams and engage directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.
