Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager for New Custom Home Construction in Indianapolis, IN.
This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.
The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner. Some hands-on craftsman responsibilities will be needed - but mainly someone who will coordinate/direct contractors to come back to repair issues with new home construction.

What You Will Do
High School Diploma or GED
7-10 years of construction experience, residential highly preferred
Compensation
Salary range: $70-80k (DOE)
Auto & Phone Allowance ( $13,000 / Year)

What You Will Do
- Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners
- Project Management / Scheduling of subcontractors
- Ensure that all repairs are made to our client's high standards
- Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
- Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
- Perform minor repairs
High School Diploma or GED
