As a Drywall Division Manager, you will oversee all operations of their interior projects, as well as manage the field staff/crews and client relationship. Your role will involve direct contact with clients (GCs, Developers, etc), project coordination with crews, managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team.

Compensation Overview;
- Salary Range $120k-145k (DOE) Performance & Profit Sharing Bonus',
- Auto/Phone Allowance per month,

- Oversee the daily operations of the production department
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
- Understand construction processes, materials, and regulations
- An excellent communicator, fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Experienced in interior construction & drywall project management.
- Experience as a Office Manager or Division Leader role for the commercial industry
- Organized, with a knack for managing multiple projects.
- A problem-solver, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Ability to understand and present products and services
- Proficiency in On-Center or equivalent software
- Experience in commercial painting or industrial coatings
- Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
