- Bar Admission in Georgia.
- 2-7 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate finance, representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Draft loan documents and perform due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
- Review and analyze title, survey, and organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain and update closing checklists to ensure smooth and efficient management of transactions.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to represent clients in a variety of real estate finance matters, contributing to a positive client experience.
