ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Verify employment for all employees by completing I-9 Forms

Act as the liaison with the Payroll Department
- Review/complete Insurance Forms, taking pictures of new employees and emailing them to Payroll
- Verify payroll issues
- Completing WPS training logs
- Manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to farming, agriculture, labor, environmental, and food safety standards
- Ensure sprayer operators are wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ensure warning signs for the chemicals room are posted
- Make sure health needs are taken care of for employees, including toiletries, hydration, sun exposure…etc.
- Fire extinguishers are located in an easy/accessible location and are inspected annually
- Ensure all sick workers are reassigned to a nonfood contact task
- Make sure all crop protection application records are current and available for review
- Monitor & inspect all equipment and storage areas (planting, spraying, irrigation, harvesting) for tampering prior to use
- Facilitate cleaning/sanitized protocols for all harvesting tools, equipment and containers

Ensure employees are adhering to personal hygiene/dress code policies, including but not limited to, clean and appropriate clothing/jewelry, no false fingernails/false eyelashes…etc.
- Make sure any open wounds, lesions, boils are properly covered
- Make sure there are no potential contaminating materials or evidence that field workers have not adhered to regarding employee hygiene policies
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and organized
