We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, including logic controllers and schematics.
- Perform welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate equipment components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Supervise junior staff or contractors during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption to operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and management.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in industrial settings.
- Experience in welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work with others effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
