JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Commercial Project Manager for our Plumbing Division, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial plumbing projects in collaboration with general contractors and other trades. You'll play a key role in coordinating labor, materials, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general contractors and clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
- Track project costs and financial performance, ensuring the project stays within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial plumbing project management, ideally with a subcontractor.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation processes, and coordinates with other trades.
