- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial projects in the Indianapolis area.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate project logistics, including material delivery, equipment setup, and workforce scheduling.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and more.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roofing, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully running a crew of 8 or more workers on commercial roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
