Job Responsibilities
- Participate in overall product outcome associated with Gluers.
- Interpret and document standards related to product performance and quality.
- Assist in the maintenance and setup of equipment for customer products.
Requirements
- Must be able to operate and be familiar with Gluer requirements.
- Must become familiar with technical aspects of Gluer and be able to troubleshoot if needed.
- Must be able to assist with CI sorting.
- Must be or become familiar with SAP and PEAK systems.
- Must be able to work towards achieving Finishing Department goals.
- Mechanical skills are a plus.
- Performs other organizational duties as required.
- Must take direction from Shift Supervisor and Finishing Operator.
- Must complete skill validation requirements for the Finishing Helper job.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Requires bending, pulling, and walking.
