United Trades of America is hiring highly skilled professionals to work on impactful infrastructure projects across North Shore, Louisiana. What You Will Be Doing:
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Skillfully operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment to grade, stabilize, and install box culverts.
- Pipe Installation and Grading: Work on large-diameter water, sewer, and drainage systems while maintaining accurate grade depths and blue-top grading precision.
- Stabilization Work: Perform base stabilization and precise grading between hubs to meet specifications.
- Equipment Checks: Perform daily checks on machinery (fluid levels, safety inspections) to ensure peak performance and compliance.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven proficiency with GPS equipment for grading and excavation.
- Expertise in civil site work, pipe installation, and drainage systems.
- Strong experience with large-diameter pipes, box culverts, and stabilization projects.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain exact grade depths and execute high-precision work.
- Professional Experience: Must be more than a forklift operator-we are seeking highly skilled heavy equipment operators.
- Safety Commitment: Willingness to conduct daily equipment checks for safety and reliability.
