Key Responsibilities :
- Machine Setup & Operation - Set up paving machines for accurate width, depth, line, and grade.
- Quality Control - Adjust screed and other settings for precise, high-density paving results.
- Team Leadership - Train and supervise screed operators and ground personnel.
- Equipment Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and assist mechanics with major repairs.
- Communication - Coordinate with supervisors and concrete plants for smooth operations.
