Responsibilities :
For Journeyman Electricians :
- Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems.
- Safety : Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Blueprints and Documentation : Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment.
Qualifications :
For Journeyman Electricians :
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
For Apprentice Electricians :
- Enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
- Commitment to safety and following guidelines.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications :
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or experience).
- OSHA10 preferred
