About Us :
We are seeking an experienced Laborer Foreman to oversee our labor team for an upcoming data center project, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage teams of 2-15 laborers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, field teams, and General Contractor (GC) representatives.
- Oversee general site cleanup and maintenance.
- Supervise and assist in the demolition of concrete, wood, and metal structures.
- Manage concrete saw cutting and coring, including both horizontal and vertical applications.
- Oversee site maintenance tasks, including temporary fence installation / repair, weather protection setup, and dumpster / toilet management.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and proper procedures.
- Operate forklifts (telehandler and warehouse type) safely; company-provided training available.
