Job Description:
United Trades of America is seeking motivated and hardworking Laborers to join our team in Irondale, AL. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic construction environment, with competitive pay based on experience. As a Laborer, you will support construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks and assisting skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Carry and distribute materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools.
- Assist skilled tradesmen as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform other general labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous laborer experience in construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and practices.
