Job Overview

• This position manages the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that shipments are processed, scheduled, and delivered efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
• This position must be able to work in both a warehouse and office environment. This position requires someone is able to lift at least 25 lbs. with no issues and move very quickly move between the both environments to ensure operations are running smoothly and everything is accurate & precise. While in the warehouse, this position must ensure they are wearing steel-toed boots, and work-appropriate clothes that are not excessively baggy. At times, eye protection and gloves are strongly encouraged if the task requires it.

Duties and Responsibilities

Use company tools (MS Office Suite, WMS, & ERP / SRP) to plan, schedule, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers or destinations.

Arrange deliveries following the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method to ensure proper inventory rotation and minimize aging stock risks.

Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize transportation costs.

Identify and resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in shipments.

Ensure all shipments comply with local, national, and international regulations.

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
