Key Responsibilities :
- Shoveling and raking asphalt to assist with paving operations.
- Sealing joints and ensuring proper compaction of the mat.
- Assisting with grading adjustments and surface corrections.
- Working alongside the paving crew to achieve a smooth finish .
- Following safety protocols and using proper PPE on-site.
- Performing general labor tasks related to asphalt paving.
Requirements :
Prior experience as a Paving Crew Laborer or similar role preferred.
Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions.
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new paving techniques.
