Perimeter Fence Installer

Location:

• Lancaster, TX

Pay:

• $19/hr without OSHA 10
• Up to $22/hr with OSHA 10 experience

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Perimeter Fence Installers for a commercial construction project in Lancaster, TX. Candidates will be responsible for installing chain-link perimeter fences efficiently and safely on commercial and industrial sites.

Job Duties:

• Measure and mark fence locations following blueprints, site plans, or project specifications
• Dig post holes and set fence posts securely in concrete or other materials
• Install chain-link fencing, gates, and related components
• Cut and fit fencing materials as needed for a secure installation
• Ensure fences meet height, stability, and safety requirements
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Experience installing perimeter chain-link fences (preferred)
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred, higher pay for certified workers)
• Must have basic PPE: work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility vest
• The company can provide hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses if needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation:

• $19/hr without OSHA 10
• Up to $22/hr for experienced installers with OSHA 10
