Key Responsibilities :
- Surface Finishing - Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand and power tools .
- Form Setup - Ensure proper alignment and stability of concrete forms before pouring.
- Quality Control - Inspect concrete work for smoothness, consistency, and durability .
- Collaboration - Work closely with team members to efficiently pour, level, and finish concrete.
- Safety & Cleanup - Follow safety protocols , maintain a clean worksite , and assist with general site preparation.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven background as a Concrete Finisher in construction .
Skills : Ability to use and maintain concrete finishing tools efficiently.
