A company with over 54 years experience in healthcare, hospitality, correctional, sports & entertainment mechanical construction and service has a full-time position available for a field superintendent.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 5 years of recent verifiable experience in overseeing projects related to commercial / mechanical plumbing. Experience overseeing mechanical HVAC and piping will be a huge plus.
This is a full-time position that requires employees to live and work in the Caribbean.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.
- Responsible for the quality installation
- Responsible for project administration
- Ensure their Project Manager is accurately and fully informed.
- Accurately managing assigned manpower
- Stay within the project budget.
- Ensure all materials are on site prior to starting tasks.
- Attending all job site meetings.
- Daily quality control.
- Make sure all subs follow company regulations.
- Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean.
- Must have at least 5 years of recent verifiable experience.
- Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling.
- Must be a team player and take pride in all work.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Issuing State Does Not Matter)
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to work overtime.
