Opportunity to Work on High-Profile Commercial Construction Projects
Candidates with at least 5 years of recent experience installing HVAC ductwork on commercial new construction projects may be eligible for this full-time opportunity in the US Caribbean. This role offers company-paid travel, housing, and transportation, allowing skilled HVAC duct mechanics to contribute to large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.
Who Is a Strong Fit for This Role?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Duct Mechanic in commercial new construction (Required).
- Strong ability to read and comprehend plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience installing galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, fibrous duct board, spiral, and round ductwork.
- Skilled in installing fire dampers, smoke dampers, louvers, and mechanical equipment (AHUs, RTUs, fan coil units, exhaust fans, etc.).
- Ability to perform field alterations to ductwork, including offsets, elbows, and transitions when needed.
- Experience with duct system testing and sealing per project plans.
- Must own hand tools required for the trade (company tool list provided at hiring).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on scaffolds as needed.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the US Caribbean.
