- Key Responsibilities
- Track and recap Potential Change Orders (PCOs).
- Price material vouchers and manage RFIs.
- Monitor and complete certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors, including HRC forms and OCIP Compliance.
- Update project schedules using Microsoft Projects or SureTrack.
- Handle monthly billing, including Schedule of Values and cover sheets.
- Create and maintain material flow sheets, logs for subcontractors and change orders, and submittal logs.
- Obtain quotes from vendors and manage light material ordering.
- Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1-2 years of project management support experience, ideally in construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Projects, SureTrack, Oracle, and SharePoint preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand materials and pricing.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions
- Indoor work environment with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Low to medium noise level.
