What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Perrel Management Company?
Performs scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping functions in the Leasing & GM Office, Laundry Rooms, Hallways, Common areas, Maintenance Shop and vacant apartments as assigned. Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
- Dust furniture, mop, sweep, spray buff, and wet mop floors.
- Vacuum deemed necessary.
- Sanitize and clean restrooms, stoves, refrigerators, windows, vents, light fixtures and replenish paper supplies.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing walls, doors/ windows, woodwork, and stairwells.
- Make apartments ready for new residents, working in coordination with management and maintenance departments
- Perform day to day cleaning duties as well as other related duties as required
- Assist with daily property trash pickup
- Keeping the manager informed on cleaning supplies needed
Periodic duties may include;
- Assist Manager and Maintenance personnel with performing quarterly preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, inspecting for water leaks, cleanliness inspections, etc.
- Assist the Manager and/or Leasing Manager in delivering notices/letters to resident doors
- Assist the Leasing Manager with leasing apartments and customer service
- Assist other Perrel Communities with cleaning as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
