Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Perricone Juices (aka Perricone Farms), a leading citrus juice supplier located in Beaumont, CA. We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Pay Rate: $27 per hour $2 Differential

Shift / Hours: (3rd Shift) Mon – Friday @ 11pm to 7:30 am, possible weekend work (If needed)

Summary:

Maintenance Technician may rotate through various job duties including but not limited to:

• Perform scheduled PMs as per documented instructions and respond to service calls in a timely fashion
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment, recognizing waste and recommend initiatives for elimination and reduction
• Perform repair work and build maintenance, such as changing light bulbs for the facility, greasing and oiling equipment and replacing pumps and valves on all utility systems
• Assists in repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems of industrial establishment
• Weld all types of commonly used metals and alloys of various sizes, shapes and thickness
• Maintain and repair utility systems, such as HVAC, plant compressed air equipment and boiler plant equipment
• Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, GMPs, safety procedures, and SQF regulations. Responsible for Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards.

Physical demands are visual acuity when driving forklift and using material handling equipment, works under varying stress conditions, frequent standing and sitting, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping on occasion, using hands and fingers most time and able to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs. or more).

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. Qualifications

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Able to withstand cold and non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexibility to work different job functions and as well as overtime
• Successfully pass pre-employment screenings including a drug screen
