Perricone Farms is seeking a National Field Marketing Support Manager for the Northeast / East Coast Region (preferred Nashville, DC and Charlotte). Summary of the Position:
Perricone Farms and Natalie’s are seeking a dynamic National Field Marketing Support Manager to lead the execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives across national markets. This full-time, salaried position (compensation commensurate with experience) plays a key role in translating Natalie’s strategic goals into actionable marketing plans.
The National Field Marketing Support Manager will support national brand activations, help drive field marketing strategies and collaborate closely with the broader marketing team. Reporting directly to the National Field Marketing Support Manager, this role is instrumental in growing and retaining the Natalie’s customer base, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty, and supporting product sales within assigned regions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- A true representative of the brand and it’s values. Outgoing, knowledgeable, and a champion of the brand.
- Complete outreach in event sponsorships and partnerships that align with the brand.
- Develop, manage, and execute event programs nationally, as well as facilitate requested demo and retail events.
- Train and manage small teams of local brand ambassadors to execute events.
- Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, sales team, management, and marketing team.
- Ensure proper execution of all promotions and programs activities – including but not limited to communication with event sponsorship directors and direct supervisor, event logistics, travel logistics, securing assets, and cold storage of product.
- Manage all logistics including product inventory, assets, equipment, and supplies to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Up to 90% of this role involves travel. Overnight travel and weekend work required.
- Optimizes the use of company resources, while maintaining a healthy volume of activity in markets. Consistently develops new avenues for business maximization and consumer growth.
- Assist marketing team in national food show execution.
Organizational Relationships:
Position reports to the National Field Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales or a similar role, preferably within the food and beverage or CPG industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Open to feedback and able to iterate and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Strong client service orientation and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively—up to 90% of the time—across national markets.
Candidates based near major airports in Nashville, Washington D.C., or Charlotte are preferred.
Comfortable with travel logistics, including flying and extended drive times. Must be willing and able to operate a refrigerated box truck or sprinter van.
A refrigerated van may be assigned to you; candidate must have the ability to store the vehicle securely.
