Description Overview
The Global Trade Compliance Supervisor will ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, and other relevant government agency regulations for all Perrigo U.S. entities. The role involves managing import and export compliance, FTZ operations, and leading a small team while supporting new product launches and mergers and acquisitions.
Scope of the Role
Import Compliance
- Ensure import shipments comply with U.S. Customs, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain processes to meet U.S. Customs' five components of effective internal controls :
Control environment
Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS)
Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
Export Compliance
Leadership
Miscellaneous
