Description Overview
Project manager and technical lead on capital projects including but not limited to infrastructure, manufacturing, and packaging equipment within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Accountable for managing small to large capital investment projects, providing leadership during concept / design stage and execution at the highest level of efficiency, quality, and employee safety. The position requires the employee to be onsite 95% and 5% work from home. This position reports to the Project Engineering Manager.
Scope of the Role
- Responsible for the development, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of single and two-year capital projects up to $1MM each, which may be adjusted or reallocated as needed, based on business requirements.
- Uses the necessary industry and company methodology and tools including but not limited to :
Planning & Design phase – i.e., Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis, User Requirement Specifications, Request for Proposal, Project Scope, Budget, Milestones, Vertical Start-Up development; Vendor / supplier management.
Experience Required
Annual Salary Range : $90,000 to $110,000
