What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care OT (PRN) position at Perry County Hospital?
Education: Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited school of occupational therapy.
Licensure/Certification: Must be registered as an Occupational Therapist by the AOTA and/or hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana. Must stay current in CPR training.
Mental/Physical Effort: The work performed is varied in nature and requires prolonged periods of close concentration to details and accuracy. Must be able to cope with family emotional stress. Must be able to listen, problem-solve, investigate, and control stressful situations. Requires good communication skills, good judgments, diplomacy, and the ability to read, give, understand, and follow written and oral instructions. Requires moderate physical effort. Requires mobility, reaching, bending, grasping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and fine hand coordination.
