What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN at Spencer County Clinic (FT, Days) position at Perry County Hospital?
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana. Must be current in BLS/CPR.
Experience: Six (6) months of nursing experience, office and laboratory experience preferred.
Mental/Physical Effort: Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Work performed requires a high degree of concentration and attention to accuracy and detail. Requires the ability to handle pressure and frequent interruptions. Courtesy and tact are required in dealing with patients, family members and hospital personnel. Must possess the ability to get along well and work with many different types of people, sometimes in difficult situations. Must be able to deal with situations which necessitate occasional independent decisions, and also to handle public contact in a manner that reflects credibility to the facility. Must maintain a positive attitude.
