SUMMARY
Administers employee health, welfare, and retirement benefits, as well as manages the Employee Leave of Absence
program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (Your duties should reflect the most significant aspects of your job. Do not state
anything that requires less than 5% of your time.)
- Maintains benefit elections for new / eligible employees in the Oracle HR database as well as for each benefit
carrier elected by the employee
knowledge of and ensures Credit Union compliance with applicable state and / or federal leave regulations.
