RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and vendor booking confirmations for FOB shipments.
- Manage the entire import process for FOB shipments.
- Create and manage all necessary import documentation for DAP shipments
- Track and monitor the progress of DAP shipments.
- Utilize Oracle Workflow, Work Air forms, and VMS effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and customs brokers.
