Automotive Sales Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining features, characteristics, capabilities. Compare competitive models, help customers with vehicle selection.
- Promote model options and features, value-added products and services. Must maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Conduct vehicle test drives, complying with rules of the road.
- Prospect daily for potential customers and maintains rapport with previous customers for repeat business.
- Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls.
- Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (e-leads knowledge a plus)
- Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
- Other duties asked my management.
Requirements:
- SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- Must enjoy talking to people
- Speak clearly and distinctly
- Work with the team to achieve the common goal
- Valid Driver's License
