The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by managing the front desk, handling payment transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
- Handle customer payments for service and sales transactions accurately.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Provide basic information about dealership services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Support the service and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn dealership software.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
