We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
The LPN will be responsible for providing quality resident care and nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed physician in a long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assign and supervise care provided by CMAs and CNAs.
- Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and carry out physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions, report any changes, and assist in implementing care interventions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations.
