Looking for General Managers with restaurant experience in the tri-county area (Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, staff training, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the establishment
- Supervise staff and provide guidance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals
- Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and set targets
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in food management, catering, or hotel management is a plus
- Demonstrated success in staff training, supervising, and team management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,920.63 - $73,366.77 per year
