Duties
- Supervising and providing guidance to branch managers within the region
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Leading business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyzing profit loss statements and implementing cost-saving measures
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Overseeing project management activities within the region
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams
Experience
- Proven experience in managing and supervising teams
