Salary: $28000.00 - $32000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone with their insurance-related inquiries.

Administrative Support: Manage scheduling appointments, maintain client records, and handle correspondence efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and documentation while ensuring accuracy.

Client Outreach: Proactively follow up with current and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore new insurance needs.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues promptly with a positive and professional attitude.

Office Management: Coordinate the daily activities of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and basic familiarity with CRM systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

Ability to work onsite in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
