Landscape Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Ideal candidates will have experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance, but we are also willing to train individuals who are eager to learn.

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including planting, trimming, and edging.
• Assist with tree care and irrigation systems to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscape design projects efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools after use.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and general maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions involving transportation of equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
