Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for online and phone inquiries, manage incoming leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet and phone leads, providing accurate information to potential customers.
- Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and guide them toward the right solutions.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective handoffs and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and appointment-setting goals.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a BDC role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
