We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Clerk to join our team. The Contracts Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of all dealership contracts and related documents. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and process vehicle sales contracts and related documentation.

Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with the finance, sales, and service departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contracts and associated paperwork.

Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is a MUST.
