What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Perry Reid Properties?
Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic Maintenance Tech with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents. This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week and will split time between 3 properties in the West Des Moines area.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. HVAC certification is strongly desired. This position requires some evening and weekend on-call hours as needed. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- Routine property maintenance
- Repairs, appliance installation, etc.
- Snow removal and lawncare
- Unit turnovers including painting, carpet tear out and other tasks
