What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Perry Reid Properties?
An established property management firm is seeking an energetic Maintenance Tech with a positive attitude for the Omaha area. This position is full-time with flexible schedule options Monday-Friday. On-call rotation hours are mandatory.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical
- Unit turnovers
