What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Perry Reid Properties?
Perry Reid Properties is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech for properties located in Cozad and Gothenburg, Nebraska.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical and/or general maintenance. This position is 20 hours/week Monday-Friday with some on-call hours as needed. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and their own hand tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- Routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical
- Perform routine, daily inspections, and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interior
- Maintain grounds
- Maintaining and Repairing appliances for residents/property
- Preparing vacated apartments for new residents
