```Duties:```
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Load and unload dishwasher
- Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen tools by hand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors
- Empty trash
-Mop kitchen floors and back hallway at the end of night
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organizational skills
-Have a current Pierce County Food Handler's Card
