Position: Caregiver / Direct Care Worker (Weekend Shifts)
Mission: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to join our team on weekends in Erie. As a caregiver, you will provide essential personal assistance and support services to seniors in the comfort of their homes. You will play a key role in helping seniors live with dignity, respect, and independence in their own communities—rather than institutional settings. No prior experience is required as we offer entry-level positions with on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Reports to: Region Director or Regional Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including incontinence care).
- Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Perform light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and washing dishes. Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to consumers.
- Encourage Socialization: Assist clients in participating in activities and maintaining social interactions to enhance their well-being.
- Medication Assistance: Provide reminders for medication and support when needed, following care instructions.
- Emotional & Physical Support: Support clients in their rehabilitative processes, encourage independence, and provide assistance with physical therapy or exercises.
- Family Interaction: Establish respectful relationships with clients and their families, maintaining trust and confidentiality.
- Emergency Response: Follow emergency procedures when required and report any changes in a client’s condition.
- Reliability: Arrive on time and stay for your entire shift until relieved by the next caregiver.

Job Expectations:
