We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Processing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new orders, responding to clients, and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
* Manage new orders and research properties on county websites
* Learn the frontline of new orders and how to manage them
* Respond to clients with quotes, property information, and other relevant details
* Work with our office email throughout the day and learn all functions of the office
* Train with owner and other office staff to become proficient in all aspects of the job
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2 years of experience in an office setting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Self-confidence, self-direction, and a positive attitude are critical attributes for this role
