About the role:
In the Account Manager role, you will own the overall success of our customers from the moment they come on board. Responsibilities:
- Build great relationships with each of your accounts - you are responsible for their overall success on our platform
- Train new customers and new users to help them better understand features and platform offerings
- Perform onboarding tasks for new customers
- Drive product adoption and utilization
- Manage, negotiate, and close renewal contracts
- Communicate expansion opportunities with the sales team
- Provide customer feedback to the software engineering team including, but not limited to, issues, user feedback, and enhancement requests
- Build a repository of referenceable customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Good time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience demonstrating technology solutions online and face-to-face
- A passion to go above and beyond for customers
- Please note, this is not a remote job; our office is in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas
- Prior experience in sales or account management roles
- Previously worked at a growth stage Internet/software or connected hardware company
