The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required. DHS and PDE FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.
Job Summary:
This position is not our typical Behavioral Specialist/Technician. The schedule would be the following: During the school year, the employee would work Tuesday-Friday 9am – 2pm shift, assisting all CLC residential and shelter classrooms with behavioral support during the school day. This position is also including working with the CICTP program Wednesday-Friday 2pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Staff responsibilities include facilitating groups, community service outings, transporting students and assisting with supervision of students.
Once the school year has been completed, this behavior staff would be assigned to a Perseus House Residential facility for the summer months. The schedule would include both first and second shifts, the staff will be assigned to a facility at the discretion of the Associate Chief Executive Officer. The assignment would be based on staffing needs at all residential facilities.
Work Hours:
Tuesday-Friday, 9-2 (CLC Residential)
Wednesday-Friday 2-7 and Saturday 9-2 (CICTP program)
