Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing customer information.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,148.00 - $67,366.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission
• Weekly bonus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
