Job Overview

Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to dealership policies.
• Keep an open line of communication with ownership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with salesman to facilitate financing options for customers.
• Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other relevant laws in all transactions.
• Train and mentor staff on effective sales techniques and customer service practices.
• Process titles and manage documentation related to vehicle sales
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management.

Skills

• Must know lender programs.
• All deals 100 percent done without any gray area.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with title processing procedures to ensure smooth vehicle transfers.
• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly to customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

This role is essential for driving the success of the used car department, ensuring that both customers' needs are met and business objectives are achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
