Job Description : Persistent Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer Mid-Level to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project management efforts by translating customer requirements into clear, actionable tasks and effectively communicating these requirements to the project team.
- Manage and oversee IT and Cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation processes to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale Cloud solutions tailored for both federal and commercial industries, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate Federal A&A (Assessment & Authorization) and ATO (Authority to Operate) activities, ensuring compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Implement cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations such as FedRAMP and RMF, ensuring system security and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to Federal policies, processes, and standards by aligning project goals with established regulations and ensuring security protocols are followed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
One or more of the following : Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III, Information Assurance Management (IAM) III or Information Assurance System Architects and Engineers (IASAE) III certifications.
10 years (5 years of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a Government agency similar in size / scope to DoD or VA).
